Training outdoors brings considerably more benefits than a standard indoor gym based routine offers. Along with the general health & fitness improvements, training outdoors provides a range of other benefits such as a boost to mental health and a great chance to socialise whilst keeping fit. 

The Yard is an official training camp for Nuclear Fit and a partner of Battle Cancer.

We focus on a team based format to create an environment may seemingly intimidating exercises become accessible to anyone through a combination of coaching and a strong culture of teamwork and camaraderie.

In a friendly but competitive setting, individuals who may otherwise find it difficult to motivate themselves are suddenly both accountable to a team but also supported by that team.

    Sunday Social Run ☀️🏃‍♀️A crisp, sunny morning and another fantastic turnout for the Yard Sunday Social Run.With the ground conditions improving and the seasons beginning to turn, today we mixed things up slightly with a different route, continuing to evolve the group as confidence, fitness and the terrain all improve week by week.As always, the aim is simple — run together, support each other and enjoy being outdoors.
